| The green boys won it. I'm glad. |
[Jul. 29th, 2007|11:49 pm] |
(Soccer fans get slain by car bombings in Iraq.)
Jesus, can't a football fan enjoy a nice game WITHOUT worrying he/she'd be blown to pieces? And to think it's Iraq's first time in reaching the Asian Cup finals. (They won it, by the way.) If I were a terrorist, I would've called it a holiday.
I'm taking it they're not football fans.
Would it do good to make converts out of these men? I'll gladly send them a whole picture stash of sexy women footballers. Or football moms. Or even male footballers. (See now, I'm willing to NOT be greedy, you bastards!) Whatever floats their boat. It'd certainly make up for a healthier obsession. BUT... you'll have to do away with the guns and knives, boys. The last thing we need in this sport are armed hooligans gunning the place down over disallowed goals and refereeing mistakes.
However, if you remain unmoved by Fabio's brows and the sex that is Metze, do remember this, terrorists: should you blow me up the day I finally get to watch a Germany or Liverpool game, I WILL HAUNT YOU UNTIL YOUR BALLS FALL OFF. Capiche? |

I guess that's going to make headlines tomorrow.
First thing I noticed: all her achievements and ongoing projects, they were credited to a few congressmen who requested or suggested the projects. Not to the Filipino people. Kind of telling, eh?
There was no mention of Charter Change nor HSA at all. Er, I think. |

Now that's my kind of guy. Girl. Gay. Fucking transsexual.
Nevermind.
ON THIS DAY, LAST YEAR:
I posted these:
THE FAMILY LACERTIDAE IS BEING PROPAGATED RIGHT BEFORE MY VERY EYES. HELP PLZ, OMG.
Then again, maybe not. Let us not rule out the possibility of gay. *stares*
Season 69 looks promising. Although no La Salle means *gasp* LESS BLOOD. I need my angry gay orgy angst. Can someone do something about it? I mean the angry gay orgy angst. Fic, pic, real life action, anything? PLEASE? Thank you.
(50% of my posts have gay innuendo? Pshaw. Give it a 60, man.)
Well, old perverted self, things have changed. DLSU is back in the running. So we're going to get our angry gay orgy angst fix after all, YAY! (The fic, pic, real life action, anything deal still stands. PLEASE? Thank you.)
Er, hormone-rousing tidbit. Right. That's about it, really. |

| | Kings of Convenience - I'd Rather Dance With You | ] | Aaaah. The Chinese definitely know their stuff.
- My earphones got busted. A friend of mine told me that the original thing costs about P1,500. The good, cheaper ones are about P250, I think. Piso Para Kay Chekay, anyone? :'(
- I was late enough for Math class to be absent.
- A trip in the Toki jeepney takes about 30 minutes. And how do I know this? Halfway through my journey to CMC I realized that something very important was missing.
OMFGNOES I LEFT MY SHINY GREEN FILECASE IN FCKNG MATH BLDG.
Losing some of my readings I could live with. But my ID, Library Card, and a small print-out of Maru I painstakingly laminated with Scotch tape? HELL FUCKING NO.
( aurinanithbole will testify to this account of idiocy.)
- As I was about to start my 15-minute walk back to civilization, rain fell in a light pitter-patter. Not enough to piss you off (that would come later), but enough to make you wet. How convenient.
- I was responsible for the bits of cheese powder on JP's shirt. IT WAS AN ACCIDENT, I SWEAR.
- And then, just when I thought it was finally over, I almost poked someone's eye out with my umbrella. IT WAS AN ACCIDENT TOO, I SWEAR.
Triple 7 Day was a shittier day, though. I must truly be an evil spawn of Satan. :O |

Instead he contented himself with scrawling a note to Ron: Let's do it tonight." (Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, p. 270)
Harry, Harry, Harry, you naughty boy.
Lockhart's perversion is something else, though. Hagrid was no good? Gadding with Ghouls? Honestly, man. Are you that desperate?
Oh, and a happy SenRu day to all. May there be beer and buttlove aplenty. |

 Spice Girls, bitches.
I used to be a big Spice Girls fan. And then I wasn't. And then... well, I figured... whatever you do, even something as desperate as burning incriminating evidence (i.e. 10-year-old Spice World tee shirt) or deleting your entire Spice Girls MP3 library, your inner fan will always outwit you.
So I say: if you can't beat 'em, join 'em.
Mind you, I still have a 10-year-old Spice Girls tape in my possession. Like all good things, it didn't last. The molds have done away with most of it, sadly.
I have been getting horrible mental images from "Spice World" ever since I got wind of the news. It's quite difficult to forget the bush that was Melanie B's hair.
Other than that, good dreams of Baby Spice signing away on my 10-year-old cassette tape...
P.S. NME, you are journalism at its shittiest. |

| [ | the beans are feeling |
| | happy | ] | I anxiously waited for the page to load.
The table appeared in slow, 38 kbps dramatic fashion. And foop, goes my Enlistment results.
I literally jumped for joy.
Unlucky dad just had to be in the same room, snoring peacefully and dead to the world. Well, that was all about to end.
Because then I started screaming, "I GOT ALL MY UNITS! I GOT ALL MY UNITS!"
SMACK. Pillow meets head. The scowl on his face made me grin all the more.
"Ano ba 'yan?"
"I got all my units. And on a good schedule!" I did my little victory jig, laughing gleefully.
He grabbed a pillow and pressed it against his ear. "What is that school doing to my child?" He muttered. |

| | panicky | ] | She scrolled through the humble beginnings of her term paper. The Sign grinned in amusement as she stared, lips askew in a crooked smile (a smile of a woman who, in a moment of truth, realizes that she is, indeed, fucked), at the following lines:
"In the text 'Rectify Errors and Rebuild the Party' Guerrero speaks of the National United Pront (NUP)..."
"Clearly," the Sign drawled, his neon lights bright against the afternoon shadows, "you're losing it."
"... a straightforward protest action became complicated by the brewing library between the radicals and the moderates."
...well.
I imagine this list will populate into the most comprehensive account of idiocy... |
